Class Prices

$120 per calendar month for one class per week.

Make up options for a missed class.

Monthly class registration will reserve your space. 

Pre-registration the 15th prior to month of classes for ongoing students.

A private session is highly recommended for new students.

New Students can join anytime with space available.

Semi-Private Classes & *Yoga Therapy (YT) Sessions

Currently offering semi-private sessions

Minimum of 2 sessions a month recommended.

90 minute Svaroopa Class

90 minute Yoga Therapy Class/ Session

Price - $150 per session

These sessions are scheduled by appointment with Students /Clients. 

In a Yoga Therapy Session enjoy even deeper effects than a regular class with special propping and adjustments in yoga therapy poses.

In each session we focus on poses that reliably open

the entire body/mind/heart by releasing spinal tension

("core opening = spinal decompression") with special attention on specific areas where there is the most tension along the spine.

We focus on opening the spine (core openng) in every class in a unique way, employing a specialized Svaroopa approach to all the familiar poses of yoga. All Svaroopa classes are relatively gentle in nature.

In the Monday Svaroopa Bliss class is all about Bliss, includes practices to deeply open your spine/body and cultivate quiet mind. Then Bliss your Svaroopa (form - essence) is revealed.

the Wednesday Svaroopa class level vaires depedning on enrolled students. Gentle is designed for people that may have some physical and or health issues that can benift from this gentle Svaroopa Yoga format and the class lesson plan often gives an opportunity to work on standing poses and balance. Continuing / Deeper the practice of monthly themes of poses with a little extra fun.

The Thursday Svaroopa Deeper class we play with some poses that may invole some effort as well as some deeper practice with vaitations and the length of time in a pose/s.

We practice the yoga poses with precise alignment and a gently focused approach and a blissful relaxation in stillness and in motion.  In each Svaroopa® yoga class and therapy session, you have the opportunity to go more fully into the true experience of yoga, as you move into deeper levels of awareness and joy and become established in the awareness of the Self.
