Class Prices

$98 per calendar month for Wed. and Thurs. Deeper Class

$120 per calendar month for Monday Bliss Class

Pre-registration the 15th prior to month of classes for ongoing students.  New Students can join anytime with space available.

Local New Students - $40 for 2 Classes / $20 for 1 Class

(with space available)

Drop-in price for visitors $30 per Class

Monthly class registration will reserve your space. 

A private session is highly recommended for new students.

Semi-Private Classes & *Yoga Therapy (YT) Sessions

Currently offering semi-private sessions

Minimum of 2 sessions a month recommended.

90 minute Svaroopa Class - $120

90 minute Yoga Therapy Class/ Session -$145

These sessions are scheduled by appointment with Students /Clients. 

In a Yoga Therapy Session enjoy even deeper affects than a regular class with special propping and adjustments in yoga therapy poses.

In each session we focus on poses that reliably open

the entire body/mind/heart by releasing spinal tension

("core opening = spinal decompression") with special attention on specific areas where there is the most tension along the spine.

We focus on opening the spine (core openng) in every class in a unique way, employing a specialized Svaroopa approach to all the familiar poses of yoga. All Svaroopa classes are relatively gentle in nature.

In the Monday Svaroopa Bliss class we focus on Bliss, practicing only poses that give a reliable spinal release (aka Bliss).

the Wednesday Svaroopa Gentle class is designed for people that may have some physical and or health issues that can benift from this gentle Svaroopa Yoga format and the class lesson plan often gives an opportunity to work on standing poses and balance. Anyone is welcome to try this specific class.

The Thursday Svaroopa Deeper class we play with some poses that may invole some effort as well as some deeper practice with vaitations and the length of time in a pose/s.

Yoga-Svaroopa style uses awareness, poses and breath to release the tension in muscles around the spine.  As the spine opens, the effects radiate throughout the entire body, mind and beyond.
