designed in consultation with each client, each Private
Svaroopa® yoga Therapy Session can create changes
in the body equal to 4 to 6 group classes and combined
with regular practice will open up tense areas much
more quickly. See below the descriptions for the
choice of therapies used to create your personalized
sessions.
Svaroopa yoga Embodyment®
This is a hands on healing modality in which the awareness and touch of the therpaist facilitate the power of your own innate healing (consciousness). The therapist supports the clients lower back in the areas where the muscles are the tightest in order to stimulate the bodys ability to heal itself. Embodyment therapy is an expression of Svaroopa® yoga incorporating the primary principles of beginning at the tailbone and that opening your body also opens up consciousness. With the release of deep core tensions the effects radiate throughout your entire body and mind. (as these spinal releases happen tensions in other muscles and tissues relax, emotional and mental stresses ease).
Svaroopa® yoga Therapy
Svaroopa® Yoga Therapy may combine Embodyment and Svaroopa Yoga Therapy techniques into a personalized plan. To create more specific releases of tension in the client's body particular poses are chosen and specialized adjustments are utilized by the therapist.

Regular Length Session:
60 minutes - includes consultation time
$100 for a single session
($90 first session)
Package discounts:
4 sessions for $380
8 sessions for $730
Extended Length Session:
$150 ( 1 1/2 hour)
Package discounts:
4 sessions for $575

Policies:
This time is reserved just for you.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is requested.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
A one-time exception will be allowed for an
emergency cancellation without a 24 hour notice.
No refunds on series/packages.

Semi-Private Yoga Therapy Sessions & Svaroopa® Yoga Classes
(2 clients/students with one therapist, teacher)
Yoga Therapy for 2 (75 minutes)
Yoga Therapy for 2 (90 minutes)
Yoga Class for (90 minutes)
series of at least 4 recommended

Yoga Therapy (YT) classes for 2 or more students (some *prerequisites apply for these YT classes)
Minimum 2 scheduled for the month, Dates chosen 2 weeks before following month.
For 2 YT classes in the month:
Pre-registered charge per person $150 - 2 clients , $130 - 3 clients
*Drop-in $75 for regular students, $55 for a make up in the same month
